HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the included files and open the workbook in Microsoft Excel.
2. Review business settings and replace sample costs and catalog values with your own assumptions.
3. Enter customer information, a unique Quote ID, date, surface type and washable area.
4. Choose services, frequency, crew and the visit being quoted.
5. Review price, expected profit and warnings.
6. Export the Customer Quote worksheet manually as PDF.
7. Paste Quote Snapshot values into the Job Log, enter actual results and review the Live Dashboard.
Customer-specific quote fields start blank. Record Type defaults to Live. Select Demo only for testing or practice. Existing Demo records are separate from Live Dashboard totals.
SCOPE AND UNITS
The default model quotes one surface type per quote. Describe the driveway, patio, walkway or other agreed surface in the property details and notes. Use separate quotes for surfaces with different factors.
Use the same area unit for the quote and the reference area. Changing the unit label does not convert values. Inspect the surface and agree the work scope before quoting. Roof work is outside the default scope. The workbook does not specify cleaning pressures, chemical recipes or material compatibility.
COMPATIBILITY
Microsoft Excel is required and is not included. Desktop Excel is the primary platform. No macros are required.
Google Sheets conversion has not been fully verified. Importing into another application may affect formulas, formatting, validations, protections, charts or printing. The User Guide describes a conversion workflow and a test checklist.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped. Workbook and guides are in English.
Job logging and customer quote PDF export are manual steps. Booking, scheduling, route planning, CRM and invoicing are not included.

This Privacy Policy explains how Murat YILMAZ, operating Structured Flow Studio in Türkiye, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you purchase a digital product, contact the shop, or request support through Etsy.
This policy covers information processed by Structured Flow Studio. It does not cover Etsy’s own processing or the practices of third parties that I do not control. Please refer to Etsy’s Privacy Policy for information about Etsy’s practices.
1. INFORMATION I COLLECT
I receive information through Etsy in connection with your purchase, including your name or username, email address where provided, order details, transaction information, and transaction or billing-related information made available by Etsy where needed for order and business records.
If you contact me through Etsy Messages or email, I also receive the information you choose to provide, such as your message, screenshots, or details about a technical issue.
Please avoid sending payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary personal information. If you send screenshots or workbook files for support, remove information about your own customers that is not needed to resolve the issue.
I do not receive your full payment card details. Payments are handled by Etsy and its payment providers.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
I use personal information for the following purposes:
• To fulfill your purchase and provide requested product support, where necessary to perform our contract.
• To maintain records and meet applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• To respond to enquiries, address technical issues, prevent fraud or misuse, and handle disputes, based on legitimate interests where permitted by applicable law and where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
Where Türkiye’s personal data protection law applies, processing relies on the applicable grounds under that law, including necessity for a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests subject to protection of your fundamental rights.
I do not use Etsy buyer information to send unsolicited marketing messages.
3. INFORMATION SHARING
I share information only where necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Etsy:
Information is exchanged with Etsy to manage orders, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet platform requirements. Etsy processes information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers:
Where used, email, accounting, or other business service providers may process information necessary to deliver their services. Any disclosure is limited to the relevant purpose and subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Legal requirements:
I may disclose information where legally required, in response to valid legal requests, or where necessary to prevent fraud, protect rights, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
I do not sell your personal information.
4. DATA RETENTION
I retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Order and financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting, and record-keeping laws.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request and any related follow-up or dispute. Information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for legal claims.
When information is no longer needed, records under my control are deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
Etsy determines the retention of information held on its platform under its own policies.
5. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Structured Flow Studio operates from Türkiye. Information that I access or process in operating this shop may therefore be processed in Türkiye.
Etsy and service providers may also process information in other countries. Their processing is subject to their respective privacy notices and responsibilities.
Where a transfer for which I am responsible requires a legal transfer mechanism or safeguards, applicable requirements must be met before that transfer takes place. You may contact me for information about destinations and safeguards relevant to your information.

What software do I need?
The main workbook is designed for Microsoft Excel. A Google Sheets conversion workflow is also included, but formatting, protection, dropdowns, charts, and print settings should be checked after conversion.
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, digital items are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once purchased. If you experience a technical issue with your files, please contact me through Etsy Messages and I’ll be happy to help.
Can I customize the spreadsheet?
