REQUIREMENTS & COMPATIBILITY
Microsoft Excel is required and is not included. Desktop Excel is recommended for workbook use and customer-quote PDF export.
No macros are required.
A Google Sheets conversion workflow is included, but Google Sheets compatibility is not certified. Formulas, dropdowns, protections, charts, and print layouts should be checked after conversion.
EDITABLE SETTINGS
Customize your business details, currency label, labor rates, overhead, fees, tax rate, target margin, quote validity, catalogs, laundry rates, bed-change rates, and annual turnover assumptions.
Active customer and quote identifiers start blank. Record Type defaults to Live. Five clearly labeled Demo jobs are included for learning.
IMPORTANT SCOPE NOTES
This is an Excel pricing and manual job-tracking tool. It does not connect to Airbnb or other booking platforms and does not provide booking synchronization, automated scheduling, automatic job logging, or automatic PDF delivery.
Annual projections use your entered assumptions; they are not confirmed bookings or guaranteed revenue.
Laundry labor represents active handling time. Machine cycles and waiting time can affect actual elapsed duration.
All included prices, rates, and assumptions are illustrative sample values. Replace them with your own business assumptions before quoting customers. The workbook does not provide market-rate recommendations or guarantee profit.

PRIVACY POLICY — STRUCTURED FLOW STUDIO

This Privacy Policy explains how Murat YILMAZ, operating Structured Flow Studio in Türkiye, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you purchase a digital product, contact the shop, or request support through Etsy.
This policy covers information processed by Structured Flow Studio. It does not cover Etsy’s own processing or the practices of third parties that I do not control. Please refer to Etsy’s Privacy Policy for information about Etsy’s practices.
1. INFORMATION I COLLECT
I receive information through Etsy in connection with your purchase, including your name or username, email address where provided, order details, transaction information, and transaction or billing-related information made available by Etsy where needed for order and business records.
If you contact me through Etsy Messages or email, I also receive the information you choose to provide, such as your message, screenshots, or details about a technical issue.
Please avoid sending payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary personal information. If you send screenshots or workbook files for support, remove information about your own customers that is not needed to resolve the issue.
I do not receive your full payment card details. Payments are handled by Etsy and its payment providers.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
I use personal information for the following purposes:
• To fulfill your purchase and provide requested product support, where necessary to perform our contract.
• To maintain records and meet applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• To respond to enquiries, address technical issues, prevent fraud or misuse, and handle disputes, based on legitimate interests where permitted by applicable law and where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
Where Türkiye’s personal data protection law applies, processing relies on the applicable grounds under that law, including necessity for a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests subject to protection of your fundamental rights.
I do not use Etsy buyer information to send unsolicited marketing messages.
3. INFORMATION SHARING
I share information only where necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Etsy:
Information is exchanged with Etsy to manage orders, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet platform requirements. Etsy processes information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers:
Where used, email, accounting, or other business service providers may process information necessary to deliver their services. Any disclosure is limited to the relevant purpose and subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Legal requirements:
I may disclose information where legally required, in response to valid legal requests, or where necessary to prevent fraud, protect rights, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
I do not sell your personal information.
4. DATA RETENTION
I retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Order and financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting, and record-keeping laws.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request and any related follow-up or dispute. Information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for legal claims.
When information is no longer needed, records under my control are deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
Etsy determines the retention of information held on its platform under its own policies.
5. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Structured Flow Studio operates from Türkiye. Information that I access or process in operating this shop may therefore be processed in Türkiye.
Etsy and service providers may also process information in other countries. Their processing is subject to their respective privacy notices and responsibilities.
Where a transfer for which I am responsible requires a legal transfer mechanism or safeguards, applicable requirements must be met before that transfer takes place. You may contact me for information about destinations and safeguards relevant to your information.

Can I return or exchange a digital product?

Yes. Each workbook includes editable business settings and inputs tailored to its purpose, such as services, costs, pricing assumptions and other business details.
